Refund policy
With prior Pilla Inc. approval, non-prescription items in new and unused condition ONLY may be returned within 30-days of the invoice date. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, credit or a refund will be processed at the original invoiced cost of the item only. Shipping and handling is non-refundable and a minimum of $25 will be charged on all returns. Pilla Inc. will charge a $25 restocking fee per frame, lens/lenses, accessory case, apparel item, or kit. Â
To return a non-prescription item, please contact customer service at 203-894-3265 opt. 1 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number prior to sending the item back. When returning the product, be sure to securely pack your Pilla eyewear and be sure the Pilla Inc. return authorization (RA) number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. Be sure to insure your package. Â
